What I think this quote means is that if you don’t forgive to someone it can be a huge roadblock for someone. Just think about this for a second you just got deeply insulted and you. From here on there’s two options, one you go apologize, two you don’t say a thing. If you go with option two, Whatever you said there going to think and beat themselves for the rest of there lives. If you do option one you don’t start with a clean slate but they won’t feel guilt.

I think what this quote means is that you always have an option between forgiveness and revenge. Even though it feels like you don’t get an option all you do it’s just hard to think about it. I feel like that were all humans and we all make mistakes and regret a lot of things in our life time, I mean i understand that you can get so mad your you don’t think about these things.
